We know this has been a challenging time. And while we’re excited to welcome you back into our stores, the safety of our customers and store team is our top priority. So as we gear up to begin re-opening, we’d like to walk you through some of the additional measures we’ll be taking in order to keep you safe. While you’re in the store, you may notice some of the following:
- Our store team members may be wearing protective masks
- Additional store cleaning and disinfecting
- Reduced contact during try-on process – here’s how it works:
- Let us know the style and size you would like
- We’ll bring out your kicks and place them on your bench
- Try them on – make sure you get the right fit
- Want to buy? An associate will take them to the cash register for you
- Putting them back? Let an associate know
- If trying on clothes:
- Bring the clothes into the fitting room with you
- Try ‘em on – make sure you get the right fit
- Take your picks to the cash register to buy
- Putting them back? Leave the clothes in the fitting room
- Social distancing controls at checkout process
- Circles will be placed on the floor designating the appropriate place to stand as you wait in line to check out
- We’ll have contactless payment points for those who have the capability
- Store team members will be available to assist with social distancing guidelines
