The day kicks off with an exclusive Experimentation Workshop (3 PM – 6 PM), where you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your personal style. Grab your Air Max DN8s, and then make them one-of-one. With purchase, you’ll unlock an exclusive customization session with Designer & Multifaceted Creative Artist Kristopher Kite and Maximalist Textile Designer Serena Madrigal, alongside a T-shirt Customization workshop. Guided by some of the city’s most innovative creators, guests can customize their own Air Max Dn8s, create unique accessories, and dive into the art of pushing boundaries.
Explore other workshop features like the JD Sound Lab, where live beat pads let you mix sounds in real time, and the Hype the Street Food Truck with The Fat Shallot, serving the experimental Gym Shoe Sandwich to fuel your creativity.
As the evening transforms, so does the space. By 7 PM, the Dn808 Listening Party kicks off, offering a 21+ immersive experience. Featuring back-to-back DJ sets from local legends like Evie the Cool and Subwuf XYZ, the event blends house and drill music into a live sonic experiment. Enjoy the Maxxed Out Drip Station, a lounge bar, and the VIP Gifting Suite, where select guests receive the exclusive blue Global Access Exclusive Air Max Dn8.
Throughout the store, a curated Dn8 display showcases customized sneakers from local talents, inspired by Chicago’s rich culture. It’s your chance to see innovation come to life while soaking in the energy of the city.
