From the Stone Age to the Sneaker Age, ‘Flint’ is a must-have AJ7 colorway

As far as tools go, flint is one of the oldest.

The sedimentary rock was key thousands of years ago during the Stone Age as a blade or cutting tool, and it made sparks to start fires.

Those materials have obviously been replaced with more efficient solutions, but there’s no doubt: Flint is part of our history.

Another flint that we haven’t seen for years is the AJ7 colorway, which last graced our shelves and sneaker rotations back in 2006.

But here’s some good news: The Air Jordan 7 Retro ‘Flint’ is back, and it’s dropping in full family sizing on 5/8.

The ‘Flint’ edition combines a white leather upper with Flint Grey nubuck panels and Varsity Purple branding at the tongue tags, heels and ankles.

They’re as much a necessity for your rotation now as flint was back in the Stone Age.

Cop the Air Jordan 7 Retro ‘Flint’ in Men’s and Kids’ sizing on 5/8. Keep it locked on @jdsportsus for up-to-date reservation details.
